In July of 2001, Heidi Webster & their partner respond to a call about a couple trying to use forged checks. Alleged suspects were in a vehicle already and drove off as the police got there. A short chase began before Webster crashed her vehicle into a pole causing it to flip and roll.

There were no injuries reported.

Webster has been a squadrol officer where her primary duty is to respond to scenes and transport and book the individual(s) into the Winnebago County Jail. Since 2020, Webster used the transport time to harass and demean protestors on their way to jail.
